30-Day Return Policy

Return Steps:

1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-441-5656 within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Your eligibility to return the item(s) will be reviewed at the time of your call.

2. If eligible, return your unused and unopened item(s) in the original package along with a proof of purchase to 7930 Alabama Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91304. Returns received that are not in these conditions will not be eligible and processed for a refund or exchange.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you with notification that your returned item was received and whether a refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.

4. Refunds will be issued to the same billing method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Important Points Regarding Returned Items:

• 30-Day Period: No exchanges or refunds will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase.

• Exchanges: Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange.

• Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift-giver’s account.

• Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days (depending upon your bank) for your refund to process. If after 5 business days your refund hasn’t appeared, contact your bank first to find out the status. If your bank cannot assist you at that time, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-441-5656 or by email at orders@up-time.com for assistance.

• Returned Items Over $75: If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee against returned items that do not reach us.

• Return Mailing Address: All returned items are to be mailed to: 7930 Alabama Avenue, Canoga Park, CA, 91304, United States.

• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Shipping Times: Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product to reach you may vary. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
