By completing this form and receiving product from UPTIME Energy, you agree to the following:

• You will post content featuring UPTIME Energy during your event to your respective social media channels and tag @UptimeEnergy, using any branded hashtags provided.
• You agree to positively represent UPTIME Energy in all event-related content and communications.
• If other event sponsors are included, UPTIME should be featured in a clear and respectful manner alongside them.

As a representative of UPTIME Energy at your event, you agree to the following product use guidelines:

• No persons under the age of 18 may receive or consume UPTIME Energy.
• All persons being offered UPTIME must be made aware that the product contains caffeine (142mg per can).
• UPTIME Energy may not be served or promoted as an alcoholic mixer at your event.
• Product must be stored and handled in a clean, sanitary manner at all times.
• Product should be kept cold or at room temperature, and never exposed to extreme heat.
• Cans must be unopened and intact when distributed — do not serve damaged, expired, or tampered product.
• You agree to represent UPTIME in a professional, positive, and respectful manner throughout the event.
• UPTIME Energy is not liable for any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized distribution of product once delivered to the event host.
