Official Rules - Small Business Saturday Giveaway

Nominate either yourself or a deserving local business owner you know for a chance to receive this special gift! The lucky winner will be selected on 12/9, and we'll announce it both here in the post and in our stories. Let's spread the joy this holiday season! 🎁✨

NOTE: We will not DM anyone or comment asking anyone to DM us or click a link so please be aware of spam accounts!

Winner: A fortunate recipient will be randomly selected and announced on 12/9. Following the announcement, we'll team up with the winner to select an item of their choice within the designated price range. We'll handle the purchase and shipping directly to them. To celebrate their success and showcase their small business, we kindly request the winner to film a video with the prize upon receipt. We'll proudly feature and promote their business across our social media platforms. It's a win-win celebration! 🎉🛍️

Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals age 18 and above.
• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Employees and immediate family members of Uptime Energy are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

• The giveaway will be effectively active between November 25th, 2023, to December 9th, 2023.
• Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Participants may enter by submitting their own information or the information of the person they are entering on behalf of. This includes providing the following details:
  1. Name
  2. Location
  3. Social handle
  4. Business details
  5. Preferred item or service they would like to receive for the $500 value.
  
• Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete to qualify for entry.
  

Prizes:

• Product or service with a value of up to $500.
• The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• The drawing will take place December 9th, 2023 at 12PM EST.
• Winners will be notified by email and social media.

Claiming Prizes:

• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
• Failure to claim the prize within the stipulated time will result in the selection of an alternative winner.

Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant Uptime Energy the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

•  Uptime Energy reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the rules.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
