WHAT ARE UPTIME REWARDS?

UPTIME Rewards is a free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social shares and then redeem rewards.

 

HOW DO I JOIN UPTIME REWARDS?

Create an account on uptimeenergy.com by going to the account section in the top-right navigation or click the red gift icon at the bottom-right of the site. Choose to “Join.” Once your account is created, log in as usual and begin racking up points easily!

 

HOW DO I EARN UPTIME POINTS?

There are many ways to earn points! The first is by simply joining, after that points can be earned by purchasing products, and sharing UPTIME liking/following us on Facebook and Instagram. As an added bonus, we’ll congratulate you on your birthday with points as well. (Just be sure to add your birthday on the rewards module a full 30 days before your birthday.) You can also refer a friend using the rewards module. Your referred friend will get a 10% off discount code upon their arrival. If your referred friend purchases something from the website, we'll reward you with 250 UPTIME points. 

 

HOW CAN I CHECK MY UPTIME POINTS BALANCE?

To view your current points balance, simply log-in to your account and click/tap on the red gift icon on the bottom-right of your screen. Your points balance will be shown in the top portion of the rewards module.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?

When items are refunded, your points balance will be deducted the amount you accumulated through the purchase. If you used a discount code after redeeming your points and lost them due to the return/refund, please contact webcs@uptimeenergy.com. We’ll make it right.

 

HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS?

Once you have enough points, log into your Uptime Rewards account. Your points redemption will automatically appear on the Customer Information page in the rewards module. Click the red "Redeem" button, select the points redemption value of your choice, and redeem.  Your discount code will appear under "Your Rewards", which you can apply to your next purchase. ​You can apply the discount code to your shopping cart, or in the checkout page.

 

HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Once you have enough points, log into your Uptime Rewards account. Your points redemption will automatically appear on the Customer Information page. Redeem your subscription rewards and the discount code will appear in the rewards module under "Your Rewards".  You can copy and apply the discount to your next subscription purchase in the CHECKOUT page only (not applicable in the CART page) by clicking "Have a discount code? Enter it here >" (see screen below).  You may also apply the subscription discount code to a scheduled delivery of an existing subscription under My Account > Manage My Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Apply Discount Code.  

 

I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

Please reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send an email to the address on file that will prompt you to reset your password. If you're still having issues, please contact us at webcs@uptimeenergy.com.

 

I FOLLOWED/LIKED YOUR PAGE ON INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK BUT MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP.

You must like / share / follow us via the Uptime Rewards module for points to automatically register in your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our team at webcs@uptimeenergy.com so we may assist you.

 

CAN I EARN UPTIME POINTS IF I PURCHASE FROM OTHER STORES THAT CARRY UPTIME?

At this time you can only redeem points when purchasing from uptimeenergy.com.
